Zuku Ceramic Tiles Industry Software / ERP is first online cloud base systems which includes production, stock, production planning, order management, customer online order, Sales team management,Sales Team attendance & end of day report and all type of reports.
This is production stage approval we have given facility to batter management in your company. If you would like to skip these stages they you can turn off. We have production department, Store Department, Office Department and QC Department. From Super Admin you can turn off Department anytime.
QC Department we have setup QC department optional if you would like to set up QC department for you better quality production then we have option to turn on in Zuku application. QC form you can set up Form as per your requirement. Each batch of production on day your QC team will enter value of each parameter.
On setting -> Files ON / OFF Setting ,We have different type of requirement from different ceramic company. We have given option to turn off unnecessary fields from Zuku ERP. Let's take Warehouse and Warehouse Location. If you company not manage warehouse location they you can turn off from ZUKU fields setting module. You can keep only warehouse if you have multiple warehouse in your company.
Order In New Order page you can take order of customer. Select Design and enter qty, based on qty our system will suggest you to select batch and shade base on you enter qty i.e if your customer want 600x600 Matrix white product and 350 qty. Our available stock combo will find you the batch and shade stock of near by 350 qty in available stock combo with batch - shade and qty.
We have given stage of order process.
Pending order - in You will find all the pending order in Approval order link. This will show you all pending for approval order. In future we will going to give option to your customer can place order and you need to approve order.Once order is approved after that will go to next stage ready to dispatch stage Ready to Dispatch stage. In this stage you will have all approved order. Review the order and assign batch shade of order qty and send to next level order. Next Stage is Create Dispatched order (DO).
Create Dispatched Order - In this order stage now product (material) is ready and your customer send truck for loading. Enter transport details and truck name etc. We are to give option to take print for Loader team. Now truck is loading so you can see this order in next stage Loading. If your all not need approval then you can directly Create Dispatched order and you can skip approval stage. This will save time if you have pre approve order for your client. Mostly if you doing job work then direct create dispatch order option is best option.
Loading order - in this stage we will show all loading truck order. Once truck loading completed. Loader team will give final load print and enter load qty and broken qty. In this stage physical stock will deduct which we have loaded in truck as well broken qty.
View Order - This module will show all your order with filter, you can filter order as per your selection from filter. You can filter order via status of order.
Customer login Zuku system allowed you crate customer login. You can create customer account from admin module. Master -> Customer - > Customer account. From this module you can create new customer login. Relax Custom will not see your any of your system data. Just login and see only design which you have given access of that brand only. Create customer account and share login details to your customer and ask then to place order via our online system. Once customer place order, it will not approve directly so you will get all customer order in pending for approval order. Once you will approve order after that order will go in next stage. Customer can track order status so you will not get unnecessary call for order status. Will save you lot of time.
Enter production by factory team once factory team complete entry it will go for store department. If you would like off this stage then you can set of production department from approval stage master. Please make note this stage you need to decide on application setup time so it's easy to get setup. Later stage also you can on / off this stage. This stage will save office team entry time. Production team can enter using mobile / tablet / PC / laptop. In your company you have label print PC on that you can use to enter production.

Order Stage - New Order, Pending order, Ready to Dispatch, Create Dispatched Order, Loading order and Search Order
Sales Team - From Zuku you can set target of your sales team. you can assign task to your sales team, Sales team can login and manage customer and create report for pending payment, take new order and submit report to upper management.
Sales Team Head will review the all new order and processing for next level approval. you do not need to take all order via phone or WhatsApp. Just review all the process in Zuku Time line. Zuku admin user will get notification of each stages.
